Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited, operating Your Independent Grocer locations across Canada, is seeking a passionate Store Manager in Ontario to lead daily operations, coach team members and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will oversee merchandising, staff scheduling, safety and compliance, and work closely with franchisee partners. The role requires evenings, weekends and holidays readiness, with a focus on community engagement and store performance.
