Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, is hiring Store Team Members across Canada to deliver friendly service and keep shelves stocked with in‑stock products. No previous experience is required as training is provided, and the role includes flexible hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

You will greet customers, stock displays, assist with ordering, and participate in promotions while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Set up company-promoted promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards
