Job summary

REALTOR.ca is implementing a strategic procurement and vendor management function to govern supplier relationships, manage contracts, and drive cost optimization across IT, product, and business units.

The Manager role will lead governance, policy, and supplier performance, partnering with Finance, Legal, Risk, and stakeholders to align procurement with company goals and risk tolerance. Flexible, remote-friendly environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, procurement, or finance.
• Minimum five years of progressive procurement, vendor management, or contract management experience.
• Experience managing vendor lifecycle, negotiations, renewals, and risk.
• Experience with SaaS and technology procurement and governance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Procurement or supply chain designation preferred.
• Additional certifications in project management or IT service management are assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise procurement policies, processes, and standards.
• Establish procurement governance frameworks, approval workflows, and spending controls.
• Lead sourcing and vendor selection for strategic purchases.
• Drive procurement planning aligned with budgets.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting on spend, savings, performance, and risks.
• Own the enterprise vendor management program and centralized vendor inventory.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
• Monitor vendor performance against contracts and service levels.
• Coordinate regular business reviews with key suppliers.
