We are seeking a procurement student for our Montreal District that is availablefor 4 months full time starting September 2 2025.

Here's how a Procurement Studentfor our Montrealoffice contributes to our team:

  • Helps in all aspects of the procurement process including Requests for Quotes, Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Reports, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining vendor files, tracking purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and corresponding with site personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement department, including scheduling meetings, issuing inventory reports, and maintaining records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement department.
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a Supply Chain Management specialization in a post-secondary institution, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Good with numbers and place a large emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
  • Previous knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset.

PCL Student wages are determined individually for each student based on the number of completed school terms, relevant work terms, kind of role and work location.
