Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the supply and delivery of goods and services, including RFQ/RFP processes, contract management, and stakeholder advisory. The role reports to the Materials Management Coordinator and supports internal operations across NRPS locations in the Niagara Region.
Requirements include a 2-year diploma in Purchasing/Logistics/SCM and 3 years of experience, plus CPPB certification or in progress.

Reporting to the Materials Management Coordinator, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for the processes involved in the supply and delivery of goods and services including strategic procurement planning, development of specifications and deliverables related formal procurement (RFQ, RFT, RFP etc.), contract management, and advising internal departments on the procurement process. This role supports the Materials Management Coordinator with internal Materials Management operations and liaises with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements, opportunities, and best practices related to formal procurement.
