The role involves collaborating with internal teams to identify needs, source materials and services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors.
  • Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Tracking and monitoring procurement expenditures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify procurement needs.
  • Identifying and resolving procurement-related issues.
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices and trends.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Required Skills & Certifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement (number of years to be specified).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
