Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and General Affairs Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring the efficient operation of general affairs, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and equipment management.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in procurement and general affairs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Creative and initiative-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fintech or Crypto Industries will be ok
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management: Optional

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Office-based with occasional travel for supplier visits and company events.
