Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager in Calgary, AB to lead strategic purchasing and supplier negotiations, ensuring materials and equipment meet production needs.

You will drive cost-reduction initiatives and manage the end-to-end procurement process in a fast-paced aviation-related environment. You will analyze supplier data, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate across teams to maintain supply chain resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of purchasing experience required.
• Fluency in English required; German and French language desirable.
• Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Project Management and/or Business Development.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage procurement for assigned commodities per policies and ensure timely purchases and delivery.
• Analyze and report cost, supplier and financial data to support budgeting and decision-making.
• Identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities; explore supplier consolidation or alternative sourcing.
• Issue purchase orders per guidelines and monitor progress to completion.
• Evaluate supplier performance using metrics like on-time delivery and pricing accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Tasks

As the Procurement Manager, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

• Independently manage the procurement process for assigned commodities in accordance with established procurement policies and approval frameworks, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of materials and equipment to support production schedules
• Analyze, interpret, and report cost, supplier, and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and decision‑making
• Identify and execute cost‑reduction and process improvement initiatives, including supplier consolidation or alternative sourcing opportunities
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with established guidelines and monitor order progress through completion
• Evaluate supplier performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery reliability, pricing accuracy, and responsiveness
• All other duties as assigned or required
