You will collaborate and influence business stakeholders, translating their needs into effective sourcing activities and improving the buying experience. Your work will ensure efficient service delivery and translate sourcing outcomes into automated buying channels and content to improve business adoption and overall efficiency.

Who you are:

You are a proactive, curious, and motivated professional who thrives on continuous learning, willing to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate. You are open‑minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge, while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others. You have skills in project management and will leverage those to deliver on day‑to‑day activities while providing the expertise needed for productivity‑oriented solutions.

  • You are a Category and sourcing subject matter specialist in Congress Meeting and Events, and other Corporate Services categories conducting market and internal analysis to develop strategies and tactical plans for how Roche should source and negotiate for third party goods and services in order to satisfy stakeholder requirements.
  • You are a Procurement delivery practitioner delivering and executing sourcing strategies by leveraging spend, category know-how, robust sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management methodologies and frameworks and project management skills.
  • You develop content and automation, translating sourcing outcomes and opportunities into content and automated buying channels that improve business adoption, satisfaction, and overall efficiency.
