  • Strong Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills allow you to get results across easily and quickly, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in a changing environment and are able to pivot direction easily.
  • You communicate with clarity and care. Your writing is crisp, your conversations land, and you know how to read the room. You listen as well as you speak.
  • You improve how work gets done. You see how the whole system connects, spot where things snag, and redesign processes so work runs smoother, faster, and smarter.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and lead strategic sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives, including executing RFPs, vendor consolidation, supply‑base rationalization, elimination of vendor redundancies, and diversifying through offshore supply sourcing.
  • Performance Management: Monitor, track, and report on department KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets targets regarding spend, inventory health, and supplier performance.
  • Risk Mitigation & Troubleshooting: Proactively troubleshoot procurement challenges and supply chain disruptions; clearly identify risks and elevate critical issues to leadership with actionable recommendations and contingency plans.
