Role overview
The Procurement Manager leads Naikoon's pre-construction procurement, supporting project teams during pursuit, initiation, and pre-construction. Reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction, this role develops procurement strategies, facilitates early trade engagement and design assist coordination, and produces trade procurement exhibits. They ensure procurement aligns with project delivery strategy, schedule, and budget, providing downstream teams with clear scopes, interfaces, and contract structures.

Based on experience : $77,000 - $94,000 / year + perks
