What You'll Be Doing

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials.
  2. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize procurement processes.

What Are We Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, with preference for advanced degrees or certifications.
  2. 4-6 years in procurement/sourcing with two years in leadership roles (preferred).
  3. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. Effective supplier relationship management and strategic procurement planning.
  5. Skilled in procurement software and tools, with extensive experience in SAP.
