Job summary

Podtech Data Centre Inc., the employing entity and a proud member of the IREN Group, is hiring for a document control and procurement coordination role in Vancouver.

You will manage proposals, reviews, and approvals, coordinate stakeholders, maintain SharePoint registries, and support process improvements across procurement workflows.

The role offers growth, health benefits, relocation assistance, and a base salary starting CAD 70k–92k per year.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in document control, procurement coordination, project administration, proposal coordination, or related role.
• Experience coordinating document review cycles, stakeholder inputs, approvals, or signoff workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with trackers, registers, deadlines, and multiple open requests.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with controlled documents and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, coordination, tracking, and closeout of procurement proposal review requests.
• Confirm required reviewers and approvers based on scope and risk.
• Distribute proposal packages to stakeholders for review and signoff.
• Track review comments, decisions, and approvals through completion.
• Follow up with reviewers and elevate overdue approvals to Procurement Manager.
