We are now looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Procurement Data Analyst – Senior Staff to support data-driven decision-making within our procurement team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement analytics and procurement administration
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly in conversations and presentations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement processes
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement and inventory data to support strategic decision-making and day-to-day purchasing operations
• Create and maintain regular reports on pricing, supplier performance, lead times, and stock movements
• Build automated dashboards to improve visibility of procurement KPIs and drive better forecasting
• Partner with buyers, finance, warehouse, and category teams to align on purchasing priorities
• Conduct cost analysis and support procurement optimization and budgeting initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across procurement platforms and internal systems
• Identify inefficiencies or anomalies and recommend data-backed improvements
• Support internal projects to enhance procurement systems, data quality, and reporting processes
