AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc is recruiting a Procurement Advisor to join its procurement team in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
This role will be based in Burnaby, BC or Montréal, QC.
Your role within the team:
Initiating, issuing, and administering purchase orders and contracts through predetermined procedures.
Ensure proper documentation of suppliers is in place.
Ensure Purchase Orders are acknowledged and accepted by vendors.
Provide support to project managers and engineers to direct them towards the correct procedures for preparing a contract, purchase order, etc.
Preparing formal amendments or change orders for approved changes and manage, prepare, issue and control requests for changes.
Work in collaboration with the Finance department for invoice reconciliation.

The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years purchasing or procurement experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba/Oracle ERP systems, proficient in use of MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Dedicated team player with well-established interpersonal and client-facing skills.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Act as a resource person for procurement, purchasing and contract management for project teams.
Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $60,000 - $100,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
