Key Responsibilities

Perform relief device sizing calculations in compliance with NFPA, API, and ASME standards

Lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and Dust Hazard Analyses (DHAs)

Develop and update OSHA 14 Process Safety Management (PSM) elements and Risk Management Plans (RMPs)

Oversee and implement Management of Change (MOC) procedures

Conduct and lead Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs)

Ensure project compliance with safety codes, industry best practices, and ADF quality standards

Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to achieve successful project outcomes

What You Bring to the Role

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial process design and safety

Preferred Qualifications :

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Familiarity with process design tools, P&IDs, and equipment such as pumps and heat exchangers

Knowledge of combustible dust mitigation and compliance with related regulations

Experience with ChemCAD, Aspen, or other process simulation software

Prior work in a PSM-regulated industry and / or the consulting engineering sector

Industry-specific knowledge in agribusiness, animal feed, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
