ProMach, Inc. in Richmond, BC is seeking a Process/Production Engineer Co-op for 8 months to support the Engineering team with process mapping, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll run time studies, build Excel trackers, assist with 5S and safety tasks, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing. This position targets 2nd or 3rd year Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering students.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering program, ideally in 2nd or 3rd year.
• Familiar with data collection, analysis, and Excel tooling.
• Lean, Six Sigma or process mapping knowledge is an asset.

Mansioni

• Support continuous improvement projects: map processes, identify waste, test fixes.
• Run time studies and collect data, translate into charts and summaries.
• Build and maintain simple Excel trackers (KPIs, project trackers).
• Assist with 5S audits, standard work, and visual management.
