Join Our Team at Fortescue's Iron Bridge Project

We’re looking for motivated Process Operators to join our diverse and inclusive team at Iron Bridge. You'll play a key role in operating and monitoring our dry processing facilities – all while contributing to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement on site

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor processing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent operations
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues
  • Complete thorough shift handovers and maintain accurate daily logs
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance performance
  • Identify and act on hazards to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience operating large-scale wet or dry processing plants (mining experience preferred)
  • A strong commitment to safety and conducting risk assessments
  • Control room experience (advantageous)
  • Desirable: Mobile plant experience with equipment such as Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, Overhead Cranes, and Telehandlers
  • Clear communication skills and confidence using two-way radios
  • A current and valid C Class Driver’s Licence
