Job description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Process Lead executes process improvement projects and supports the Quality and Process Specialists in advancing their various projects. He / she also supports operations and ensures that knowledge is recorded in order to improve the process knowledge of all professions.

Responsibilities

Improvement Project Manager

  • Executes process improvement projects linked to the plant's strategic plan;
  • Supports quality and process specialists in project implementation;
  • Facilitates workshops using a DMAIC project management approach;
  • Manages change brought about by new methods.

Operations Support

  • Implements new products;
  • Technical expert : Coach operations;
  • Participates in various operational meetings.

Process Knowledge Management

  • Manages process knowledge, ensuring its recording, dissemination and use;
  • Administers and uses POKA for instructions and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food or chemical science / engineering or equivalent combined with relevant experience;
  • More than 5 years' relevant experience;
  • Relevant experience with various “Lean” approaches;
