Job summary

SearchLabs in Toronto is seeking a Process Engineer / Project Manager to lead custom process-equipment projects through the full design-build-deliver cycle. You’ll own process design, project coordination and client communication, ensuring equipment is delivered safely, on time, and aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• P.Eng registration in Ontario or eligibility.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to practical design challenges.
• Strong project-management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Clear communication with clients, vendors and trades.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within regions served.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed process designs for custom fluid-process systems.
• Lead projects from concept through fabrication, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate resources and maintain project momentum; manage client communication.
• Oversee vendors/subcontractors and ensure design intent meets requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and validation.
