- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

- Lead Root Cause Analysis for technical and quality concerns.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: Industrial, Pulp and Paper, Electrical or Mechanical or Chemical
- >2 years manufacturing experience
- Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including Lean Six Sigma
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements, monitor process capability, and conduct product performance assessments using statistical analysis and process optimization tools and methodologies.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis activities to solve technical, quality, or safety concerns.
- Improve manufacturing capacity and cost.
- Develop and implement production trials to resolve challenges and improve finished product characteristics.
- Work with operators and process technicians to develop, improve and monitor key processes and procedures.
- Assist in writing standard work documents, job aids, and operator training programs.
- Work cross functionally to assist with the planning, installation, start-up and performance validation of new equipment as well as maintain existing equipment.
