We invite you to join our Product Solutions Department in Sarnia, ON, which boasts over 140 years of history in Canada and a workforce of over 5,500 employees. We are seeking experienced Chemical Engineers with 5+ years of relevant industry experience to support our refinery and chemical manufacturing operations.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations, reliability, and automation engineers to ensure safe and reliable unit operations.
  • Identify, develop, and implement operational and facility improvements focusing on safety, reliability, economics, and sustainability.
  • Communicate unit operation status, improvement opportunities, and costs to stakeholders.
  • Participate in risk assessments, root cause investigations, and corporate networks.
  • Manage unit mass balance to support energy and cost reporting, and long-term planning.
Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
  • Proven leadership and strong academic skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
