Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer - Operations & Continuous Improvement to lead optimization across repair, manufacturing, testing, and inventory. You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and profitability while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales to advance strategic initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience improving operational, manufacturing, repair, or service processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
• Lean Manufacturing Certification is a nice-to-have.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a nice-to-have.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
• Develop standardized work instructions, process documentation, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends impacting performance; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve repair and testing processes.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Assist in capacity planning, resource optimization, and strategic operational planning.
• Drive inventory optimization and process controls for improved material flow.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and ensure alignment with quality and safety objectives.
