We are looking for a Process Engineer to optimize production processes for welded steel products in the automotive industry. The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying improvements, and enhancing efficiency and quality. The Process Engineer will collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality.
  • Identify and resolve process-related issues promptly on the production floor.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports on process improvements and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in welding and automotive product production.
  • Skilled in improving workflows and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Proficient in data analysis, process control, and quality improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong communicator, able to work with cross-functional teams.
