We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Requirements include: a strong understanding of chemistry—an ongoing or completed Masters / PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can choose which projects to work on.
• You have flexibility to set your own schedule.
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluating their outputs.
• Assessing the correctness and performance of AI model outputs.

Qualifications include:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
