Join to apply for the Process Development Chemist role at DataAnnotation.

We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate should have an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters / PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can choose which projects to work on.
• You have flexibility to work on your own schedule.
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
