We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will possess an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

• This position is remote, full-time or part-time.
• You can choose your projects and work on your own schedule.
• Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD, in progress or completed, preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
