Job summary

Koch-Glitsch is seeking an experienced Process Designer in Uxbridge, ON to support mass transfer equipment projects from concept through execution. You will collaborate with sales, design, procurement, and operations to deliver value-based solutions and ensure alignment with customer specifications.

The role requires a chemical engineering background and hands-on process design experience, including simulations and hydraulic calculations. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Determine and anticipate customer expectations to provide value-based, technical solutions.
• Coordinate with Koch Engineered Solutions businesses to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate quoting efforts with customers, sales teams, estimators, and procurement.
• Own all processes related to customer technical specifications from launch to completion, including hydraulic calculations and simulations.
• Interact with customers to refine proposed solutions to varying needs.
• Ensure equipment is built to customer specifications by working with the execution team.
• Develop tools to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency within the process engineering team.
