Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Canada (New Brunswick) is seeking a Driver to safely pick and deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will pick up returns, distribute flyers, manage credit accounts, and support upselling while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliability, and strong communication. Work includes days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits as part of a team-driven retailer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
