Job summary

CIBC in Halifax invites recent graduates to a 12-month Private Wealth Rotational Program starting in June 2027. You will rotate through Private Banking, Wood Gundy, and head office assignments, building financial plans and pursuing licensing support while learning our systems and lending processes.

As an Associate you’ll develop client relationships, deliver financial advice and contribute to growth while being mentored by Private Wealth leaders and specialists.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Spring 2027 graduation expected.
• Willingness to engage in licensing and education to support a wealth-management career.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client portfolios with dedicated relationship management.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice and high-quality client service.
• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Private Wealth, including Private Banking and Wood Gundy.
