About the role

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full-time, Guest Services Attendant.

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many; we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage: $18.50 - $20.50

What you will do
  1. Greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo by opening car doors and welcoming them to the hotel.
  2. Assist guests in descending from their vehicles and help unload their luggage.
  3. Redirect guest luggage to the respective guest rooms.
  4. Assist in valet parking cars and occasionally drive the house car around Whistler.
  5. Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the town and its attractions.
  6. Load luggage into cars for departing guests.
  7. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  8. Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and more.


What you bring
  1. Previous experience in customer service.
  2. Previous experience in a hotel or guest service role preferred.
  3. Strong command of the English language.
  4. Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds.
  5. Class 5 BC Driver's license REQUIRED.
  6. Clean driving record.
  7. Excellent commitment to service.
  8. Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
