This role supports the founder and CEO of one of the most ambitious tech companies in theworld, an operator known for tackling high-stakes, high-complexity problems at global scale. Aformer elite competitor turned entrepreneur, the principal has built and exited multipleventures across tech, crypto, and AI.

Based in Vancouver, he lives at the intersection of precision and pace: running a fast-movingcompany, traveling internationally, and raising three young children in a health-focused,high-performance household.

The environment is intense but intentional – designed for velocity, clarity, and zero drag. Theright assistant will not only keep up, but bring leverage, speed, and discretion to every cornerof life and work. Hours:-8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to be responsive beyond office hours

Location:- Principal's office in downtown Vancouver, Canada

Salary:-Compensation is in the top 1–5% of global Assistant market (base + performance bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox & Calendar Ownership– rigorous triage, proactive follow-ups, agenda foresight
  • Logistical & Personal Task Execution– from equipment sourcing to homeinstallations, own the messy middle and deliver results
  • Discreet Procurement– navigate constraints (timing, regulatory, availability) whilestaying reputation-safe
  • Office & Wellness Support– ensure key daily routines and office flow run withoutfriction
  • Information Coordination– interface with key stakeholders (e.g., CIO) to handledocument execution and digital workflows

What Makes You the One:

Experience:5+ years in a PA/EA role with high complexity, discretion, and autonomy

ExecutionStories: Past examples of solving time-bound, complex, or ambiguous problemswith high quality outcomes

CognitiveRange: Demonstrated ability to solve hard problems with rigor, creativity, and taste

Skills: Elite organisational systems, Google Workspace, Notion, luxury travelplanning, excellent written & spoken English (French a plus)

Traits: Creative fix‑it brain, anticipatory, unflappable, obsessive about speed &quality, ironclad discretion

Availability: On-site in Downtown Vancouver, Monday–Friday from 8am to 6pm.High responsiveness outside those hours (including evenings andweekends) is expected and valued, especially when urgent needs arise.That said, we understand that longevity requires sustainability. Compensation
