A leading arts education center is looking for enthusiastic Private Music Teachers for private lessons. Candidates should have a strong background in music, a Bachelor of Music, and at least three years of teaching experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons for piano, violin, cello, and brass/woodwind instruments.

Place des Arts provides quality arts education in visual arts, music, dance and theatre for all ages and skill levels. Place des Arts is seeking committed, enthusiastic and qualified Private Music Teachers to teach private lessons on Sundays for our 2025/2026 season. The candidates must be passionate about teaching and interact well with students of different ages and abilities. We are currently seeking private teachers for the following instruments:
• Piano
• Violin
• Cello
• Brass/Woodwinds

Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate and interact positively with students
• Proficient in teaching a variety of ages and abilities
• Highly responsible and punctual
• Thoughtful, energetic and passionate about teaching
• Ability to teach other wind instruments an asset
• Eager to participate in, and contribute to, our vibrant centre

Qualifications:

-A Bachelor of Music or equivalent experience
-Minimum of three years of teaching experience, working with students of various ages and abilities in a private lesson setting
