Qualifications

• Strong grasp of investment and valuation concepts; ability to synthesize complex data.
• Undergraduate degree required; CFA or CA credentials are assets.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, evaluation and analysis of industries, public securities, and private companies.
• Conduct valuation analyses for investment opportunities to support decision making.
• Prepare financial models and industry reports; present findings to senior personnel.
• Perform due diligence assessing structure, performance, management, and investment merits/risks.
• Monitor portfolio investments and prepare monthly financial performance analyses.
• Apply best practices in information gathering and CRM usage.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned.
