Job summary

Clairvest, a Toronto-based private equity firm, seeks a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the firm with a focus on investment and corporate roles. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruitment experience and strong relationship and project management skills.

This role is based in our Toronto office and requires in-office presence five days per week. Competitive salary and benefits expected, with a salary range of CAD 80,000–100,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition across multiple functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across various functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing from consulting, banking, accounting, law, and PE firms.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with candidates, recruiters and networks.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercises.
• Engage undergrad and graduate students interested in Private Equity.
