Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• University degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field with strong academic performance.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, business analysis, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investment execution and portfolio management.
• Prepare investment memos and committee materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to inform investment theses.
• Support deal structuring options and term sheets.
