Prism Cutter Machine Operator

We are hiring an experienced prism cutter operator in Scarborough! This is a full time, long term job opportunity!

All applicants must have at least 3 months of experience using a prism cutter or other large cutting machine

Work for a Canadian printing company that has been in business for over 35 years! You will be working closely with a friendly and supportive team!

Job Duties Include:

1. Operate large digital cutters to precisely cut printed materials
2. Set up cutting machines, ensuring proper material alignment, correct settings, and optimal cutting parameters
3. Inspect printed materials and cut pieces for quality, ensuring accuracy and precision
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the cutter in good working order

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in machine operation in manufacturing
2. Previous experience operating 45′ cutters
3. Strong understanding of digital print production workflows and equipment
4. Ability to read and interpret job specifications, technical drawings, and print production files

Pay rate:

$24/hour
Weekly pay every Friday
