This position is based in Islington, ON, within the Islington Printing division, and involves supporting the press department with various roles on a shift basis, including replacing personnel and supporting production to meet requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• Press assistant
• Roll Technician
• Gammerler Operator
• Press Tech II

Qualifications :

Experience with roles in the press department, including roll preparation, reel stands, Gammerler stackers, and color setting on a double-wide press.

Strong mechanical skills, safety awareness, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and equipment.

Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Additional requirements :

Ability to work in a 24 / 7 environment with shifts.

Valid Tow Motor / Clamp Truck and Walkie Rider licenses.
