  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and installing multi-function copiers, printers, scanners, and software.
  • Providing technical support and maintenance for printers, copiers, and IT equipment.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing printers, copiers, and related equipment.
  • Conducting end-user training and demonstrations.
  • Meeting and exceeding company standards, including first-time call completions, asset management, and inventory control.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry technologies and practices.
