Responsibilities :
- Act as the on-site contact for print services and equipment support.
- Perform basic device cleaning, maintenance, and break / fix tasks (70% of duties).
Manage equipment configuration including IP address setup and scan / email templates.
- Troubleshoot basic printing and connectivity issues; escalate as needed.
- Download / install drivers and map printers on user PCs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of consumables and operator-replaceable parts.
- Serve as liaison for equipment delivery, movement, and service coordination.
- Use internal systems for service call handling and reporting.
- Apply software updates and patches when necessary.
Manage data entry for asset tracking and billing meter submissions.
- Provide physical support for equipment (lifting up to 40 lbs, moving hardware, bending / stretching).
- Coordinate with client teams using internal processes for equipment logistics.
- Support remote device monitoring and resolution activities.
- Participate in annual preventive maintenance schedules and inventory tracking.
What you will need to succeed :
- 1 year experience in a customer service environment.
- 2 years of experience resolving printing equipment issues.
- Prior DocuCare experience strongly preferred.
- Strong PC proficiency, including driver installation and printer mapping.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and reach without issue.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Basic problem-solving skills and equipment diagnostics per training provided.
- Ability to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.
