Why Join Us

At Ateko, we work on high-impact projects for some of the biggest names in tech, finance, and beyond. Our culture is collaborative and modern, and we're committed to helping you grow.

  • Giving Back: As a Pledge 1% company, employees have 20 hours per year to volunteer at an organization of their choice.
  • For Halifax-based team members: a downtown office with views, unlimited coffee, tea, Bubly water, Clif bars, a meditation room, and weekly team lunches.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of successful outcomes in fast-paced environments. A collaborative team player with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
