Mistplay is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the Mixlist and game discovery experiences, key components of our revenue and user engagement strategy. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of this essential feature, working across teams in AI, engineering, design, and data to deliver highly personalized and high-conversion discovery experiences within our Android app.

You will define and drive the roadmap for algorithm-based personalization, optimizing both business and user outcomes. This role requires deep product thinking, a strong data and experimentation mindset, and the ability to lead impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mixlist and game discovery features.
  • Collaborating with AI and data science teams to enhance discovery algorithms and personalization models.
  • Establishing KPIs and success metrics related to conversion, retention, and monetization; testing, measuring, and iterating based on results.
  • Leading end-to-end product development from conception to launch, optimization, and scaling.
  • Creating engaging game experiences that surprise and retain players.
  • Designing and managing A/B tests to inform decision-making.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Working with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure user-centric design and scalable architecture.
  • Mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of product management experience, especially with revenue-generating consumer features at scale.
  • Proven success in optimizing discovery or recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML teams and deploying algorithmic improvements.
  • Deep understanding of mobile product design and user behavior in gaming, loyalty, or marketplace sectors.
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in experimentation, segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral metrics.
  • Track record of achieving measurable results aligned with business KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
