Primary Role: Develop and implement custom AI solutions for enterprise clients. Serve as a technical expert in Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into AI-powered applications. Mentor teams and drive best practices in AI adoption. High performing, scalable solutions embedded in the customer's enterprise ecosystem.

Design scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions using Adobe’s product ecosystem. Lead architecture strategy, data integration, and technical governance to ensure seamless AI adoption. Provide technical leadership across multiple client implementations.

Solution Development

• Architect custom generative AI solutions leveraging Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud technologies for enterprise clients
• Build scalable, production-ready implementations that enhance creative workflows and automate content generation processes
• Create reusable frameworks and components that accelerate future implementations across clients

Enterprise Architecture & Client Technical Leadership

• Design technical blueprints integrating Adobe's Generative AI across multiple clouds for enterprise-scale solutions
• Lead architecture governance to ensure solution integrity, scalability, and alignment with Adobe best practices
• Develop transformation roadmaps balancing innovation with sustainable adoption of generative AI capabilities
• Serve as technical authority during client engagements, providing expert guidance on generative AI capabilities and implementation approaches
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered creative and productivity solutions
• Lead discovery workshops and technical planning sessions to identify high-value generative AI use cases

Technical Solution Design

• Create solutions leveraging Adobe's generative AI platform to deliver integrated cross-touchpoint experiences
• Develop reference implementations demonstrating practical AI applications with robust security and governance
• Define data models and API strategies enabling seamless information flow between AI services and client systems

Implementation Guidance

• Guide implementation teams through complex challenges with optimal architectural decision-making
• Establish technical standards ensuring reliable, maintainable generative AI implementations
• Build client technical capacity for ongoing evolution and optimization of AI solutions

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Adobe's product ecosystem and architectural foundations across all Clouds and their AI capabilities
• Mastery of enterprise architecture principles with focus on AI/ML integration in complex environments
• Experience implementing large-scale solutions integrating multiple Adobe products with enterprise systems
• Deep understanding of Adobe's generative AI technologies, APIs, and integration methods across Creative and Experience Clouds
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development with experience implementing advanced AI/ML solutions
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and generative AI performance optimization

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Master's/MBA preferred but not required
• 8+ years in technology with 5+ years in Adobe solution architecture
• 5+ years building enterprise software solutions with 2+ years focused on AI/ML implementations
• Demonstrated success delivering multiple complex technical projects under deadline pressure
• Experience consulting directly with clients on technology strategy and implementation

Leadership & Communication / Consulting Skills

• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for audiences from developers to executives
• Strong analytical skills addressing ambiguous requirements within enterprise constraints
• Proven success building consensus among stakeholders on architectural strategies
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a consultative, client-focused approach
• Strong collaboration skills working across cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business leaders
