Job description

Are you passionate about tax compliance, advisory, and planning? Would you enjoy working with a diverse client base and playing a key role in their success? If you're looking for a professional environment filled with like-minded experts and meaningful, challenging work — but also value a "life and family first" culture — this opportunity may be the perfect fit.

Our client is a rapidly growing local advisory firm located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver that offers the best of both worlds : dynamic work in a supportive, balanced environment.

As the leader of the tax team, you’ll take charge of managing tax compliance work, overseeing tax planning projects, and staying in close contact with clients — including CEOs, CFOs, and auditors. You’ll help set the direction for projects, guide the team, and make sure everything gets done on time.

You’ll also focus on building strong client relationships by keeping communication open and honest, and offering practical advice that truly adds value. Clients will trust you not just for your technical expertise, but for your thoughtful, approachable style.

On the team side, you’ll support and mentor team members, encourage high standards, and help everyone grow. You’ll lead with transparency, promote a collaborative culture, and be the kind of leader who takes the team — and the work — from good to great.
