Responsibilities (Text Only)

• Proactively drive exploration and innovation within the team.
• Lead the design and development in an agile way, prototype and iterate with stakeholders, deliver value iteratively through MVP releases.
• Partner with appropriate stakeholders from multiple services and organizations.
• Determine requirements for complex scenarios in a changing ecosystem.
• Leverage deep subject-matter expertise of cross-product features with stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to lead project plans, release plans, and work items.
• Provide technical leadership for identifying dependencies and developing design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
• Lead by example and mentor others to produce extensible and maintainable code used across the company.
• Mentor engineers by providing hands-on assistance, best practices, and promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in a significant technical leadership position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript.
• Proven track record of delivering large software products.
• Ability and eagerness to work across and partner with multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals.
• Experience working with AI systems.
