What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 10+ years of experience in developing commercial software
2. 5+ years of experience in Java, including SpringBoot
3. Proficiency in AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor team members
5. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with React or similar frameworks
2. Familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS
3. Knowledge of Python programming
4. Experience with Big Data and AWS Redshift
