Position Overview

Join Autodesk's Growth Experience Technology Organization as a Principal Software Developer. You will be instrumental in driving our growth from $5b to over $10b through improved funnel conversion, hypothesis-driven experimentation, automation, insights, and enhanced user experiences to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Work within a scrum team of about 7-8 engineers.
• Foster collaboration with other global scrum teams.
• Lead the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of web applications and services.
• Assist the team in removing obstacles, solving challenges, predicting risks, and planning mitigations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout various project phases.
• Demonstrate engineering excellence and contribute to high-quality team deliveries.
• Promote best practices within the team and externally.
• Serve as an advanced expert, providing deep subject-matter knowledge and business insights.
• Translate technical requirements into business needs and recommend best practices.
