eBay is one of the world’s largest and most vibrant marketplaces, connecting millions of buyers and sellers globally to foster economic opportunity. As a pioneer in e‑commerce, eBay’s strategy is built on several core pillars, chief among them being its C2C (consumer-to-consumer) business.
As part of this focused C2C strategy, eBay continues to invest in the future of circular commerce and the next generation of conscious consumers. With the recent acquisition of Depop, a leading consumer‑to‑consumer fashion marketplace with a highly engaged Gen Z and Millennial customer base, eBay is expanding its portfolio of complementary C2C businesses while preserving the distinct brand, community, and product experience that make Depop unique.
To support this growth, we are looking for a strategic operator to drive value across eBay and Depop. Reporting to the Director, C2C Global Business Operations, this role will support the execution of M&A integration priorities and the realization of business‑unit synergies between eBay Core and its subsidiaries, including Depop. The role will partner closely with the lead of commercial synergies, helping turn strategic value drivers into clear workplans, roadmaps, operating cadences, decision forums, and cross‑functional execution.
This is a hands‑on program management role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, keeps complex work moving, and ensures teams stay aligned on priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks. You will serve as a day‑to‑day partner to the synergy lead, coordinating across eBay, Depop, and shared service teams to help the organization move quickly and effectively.
The role spans both customer‑facing synergy initiatives—such as shipping, payments, cross‑listing, ads, trust/compliance, and other value‑added services—and the operating rigor needed to execute them well, including governance, risks and dependency management, executive updates, readiness tracking, and value capture reporting. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional coordination, excellent judgment, and the ability to create momentum across multiple teams and stakeholders. Occasionally, this role may require in‑person collaboration in London.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$142,000 - C$189,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within eBay.
