As Senior Manager, Trust Strategy & Operations – New Platforms, you will lead the strategy and execution for scaling trust across eBay's ecosystem by enabling new businesses, platforms, and strategic initiatives to leverage eBay's trust capabilities. You will assess trust readiness, identify capability gaps, define shared trust strategies, and lead cross-functional implementation in partnership with Trust, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and business leaders across eBay and its subsidiaries.
Success in this role depends on your ability to build trusted partnerships, influence across organizational boundaries, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders. Working closely with subsidiary leadership and cross-functional partners, you will bring structure to ambiguous opportunities, gain buy-in, and translate strategy into execution at speed.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges while scaling trust across eBay's ecosystem.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$121,200 - C$161,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
