Ready to break free from product management theater? You've mastered the zero-to-launch journey, but you're hungry for something more meaningful than backlog grooming and spec writing. You crave true ownership—not of a roadmap, but of real-world outcomes that matter.

At Trilogy, we've reimagined product management from the ground up. Here, you'll be laser-focused on a single, measurable business outcome. Your mission isn't to "manage features" but to make something specific happen when users engage with our product. Armed with AI as your collaborator and direct user feedback as your compass, you'll build deep domain insights, codify knowledge that empowers your team, and drive rapid, data-informed iterations until you hit your target.

Join a team that values impact over process, decisions over documentation, and results over rituals. If you're tired of playing by the old PM rulebook and ready to write a new one, this is your opportunity. We're creating what product management should have been all along—focused, impactful, and genuinely transformative.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop BrainLifts : Create and evolve structured repositories of expert knowledge that enhance AI capabilities, inform strategic decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery.
  • Execute Weekly Product Iterations : Ship targeted, data-backed product improvements on a weekly cadence, continuously steering toward your defined outcome metric.
  • Cultivate Domain Expertise : Develop and systematize deep understanding in your product area, enabling higher-quality team decisions, more precise outputs, and authoritative communication.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Orchestrating month-long feature development cycles—our rhythm is weekly shipping and iteration
  • Creating exhaustive product requirement documents, maintaining extensive backlogs, or specifying every UI element and edge case
  • Designing technical architectures or implementing software solutions

  • Experience navigating the unique landscape of enterprise software product management, with understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions differently from consumer or SMB markets
  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow (whether for research, analysis, strategic planning, or content development)
